Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware Inc. has been manufacturing hardware exacting standards
by experienced professional since 1975.
Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware Inc. provides full replacement warranty on any hardware
found defective because of workmanship during manufacture. The warranty length is
based upon each Murphy Bed product.

The warranty is applicable for both residential and commercial applications.
The replacement part must be returned to our factory for our inspection before replacement.
Our return policy
All sales will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee as well as fees incurred for
both outbound and return shipping. A further deduction of fees may apply when customs
and/or duty charges are applied by the return freight carrier. All returns will
be examined upon arrival to the company warehouse and subsequent charges may be
added for damaged goods. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from receipt of
purchase. Refunds will be processed once all paperwork is completed, goods have
been received and shipping/customs fees have been received and calculated. A company
check will be mailed for money owed.
Damaged or Missing Parts
In the event of a missing or broken piece, simply call the Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware
customer service line at 1-800-667-6336 within 14 days of your purchase. It is our
commitment to you to mail replacement parts, free of charge, within 10 business
days of this notification. Replacement parts will not be provided free of charge
after the 14 day grace period.
Shipping and delivery
On-line shipping quotes are valid for the mainland US and Canada only. Call 1-800-667-6336
for custom shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
Typically Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware uses UPS standard ground service and the shipping
lead time is approximately 7-10 business days. The Purchaser will be expected to
accept the delivery and, if needed, document any damages incurred during the shipping
process. When reporting damages to Murphy Wall Beds Hardware, emailed photo’s of
incurred damages will be necessary to finalize claims. If the courier is unable
to complete the delivery of a shipment, a notice will be left stating that a delivery
has been attempted.
Motor Freight Deliveries
(Shipments with a pallet delivered by Semi-Trailer Truck or similar vehicle and
offloaded by Purchaser)
Shipments will be delivered to, or as close to, the Purchasers property line and/or
driveway provided the location is deemed assessable by the delivering carrier. It
is the Purchasers responsibility to inform Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware at time of
purchase of any unusual or difficult location or delivery issues, so necessary arrangements
may be made with the delivering carrier ,where possible. Purchasers may incur additional
shipping costs depending on the Purchasers specific situation. The delivering freight
carrier is not obligated to assist the Purchaser with unloading the freight.
It is strongly recommended that the Purchaser have at least 1 assistant to help
offload freight from the delivery truck. The Purchaser should be aware that if the
total freight exceeds 500 lbs, units will be offloaded one piece at a time with
individual pieces and components ranging between 22-115 lbs that should be manageable
in most situations. The Purchaser will be given a reasonable time frame to unload
freight from the delivering freight carrier vehicle ranging between 20-30 minutes.
The Purchaser agrees to accept all financial responsibility for demurrage and rerouting
costs if the ship-to location is changed after the product is shipped from our premises.
Shipment method/procedure must be confirmed at time of order. Purchaser should be
aware that all freight is prepaid and that no additional freight charges should
be paid to delivering carrier unless Purchasers alters or changes any prior arrangements.
Any deviations to prearranged shipping methods will result in additional costs being
billed to the Purchaser. In most cases the delivering carrier will bill the purchaser
directly for any additional charges.
Purchaser must inspect freight prior to unloading and document any damage on the
Shipping Document “BILL OF LADING or DELIVERY SLIP” provided by the delivering carrier.
Failure to document any such damage may result in delays in resolving any possible
freight damage claims, or the freight claim not being accepted.
Errors and Omissions
In the event of a price error on our website, Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware inc reserves
the right to void/refund the order without any costs to the consumer.
